For 4 consecutive days, participants will observe the delivery of Preschool GLAD® strategies in a classroom with students.  Prior to the afternoon demonstration, participants will convene at the ESD to plan, design and create instructional materials needed to deliver the strategies. Teachers will collaborate, engage in reflective conversations, and plan instruction that includes the use of Preschool GLAD® strategies.
