Putting students together in the same room is not enough.  When general education teachers are expected to include without adequate systems of support in place, the results can be frustrating and progress becomes delayed.  This session is an opportunity for building leaders to plan for improving inclusionary practices by identifying system barriers, determine needed adjustments, and plan for expanding and improving inclusion efforts. 

 Participants are encouraged to come in teams including at least one building administrator and one teacher or instructional coach.
