AWSP Leadership for the evaluation of principals and assistant principals

The following learning targets will be explored:

• Learn how to use the AWSP Leadership Framework and Rubrics as a tool for a growth-oriented evaluation process.
• Reflect on best practices for self-assessing, setting goals, and using evidence to monitor progress.
• Review the use of reflective questioning in a growth model.
• Practice writing an effective final evaluation.

Event will be via Zoom. Participants will need to have a hard copy of the AWSP Leadership Framework Version 3.0 for the training. If you do not have a hard copy, prior to the training you can access a pdf of the framework here: AWSP Leadership Framework.
