This one-day workshop overview is designed for certificated teachers. Participants will learn the Marzano Instructional Framework language and interdependence of domains/components the alignment of the framework to the state criteria what evidence looks and sounds like and understand equitable teaching practices.
Objectives:
1. Build on knowledge and make connections between the Marzano Instructional Framework and Washington State Criteria.
2. Will deepen the understanding of the framework as a growth model through application.
3. Understand and apply equitable teaching strategies that impact learning.
4. Be able to set a professional growth goal to improve teacher practice.
