Administered by OSPI

Description
Who says that rigorous STEM-based learning can’t happen when students are learning at home? Please join us for this workshop that will help you to build short STEM projects that students can work on while studying at home. We will share a template with components that can be mixed-and-matched to create a short but rigorous project-based experience. We will share lesson examples for grades K-5 that are ready to implement and model some virtual learning protocols that can be replicated in your virtual classroom. Please register in order to receive a zoom link that will be sent out the Friday before the workshop. OSPI worked closely with the nine ESDs to develop content-specific online learning for educators during Long-Term School Closure (LTSC). This online course is a result of that collaboration.
