This session will provide advanced coverage of strategies for intervening with severe challenging behaviors in school settings (Red Zone/Tier 3). Coordination of interventions for complicated situations (e.g., students with dual diagnoses, complex trauma, etc.) will be addressed. Individuals with a basic understanding of Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) are encouraged to attend this advanced session. Participants are encouraged to bring information regarding individual students of concern, as time will be provided for application and problem-solving.
