Special Education teachers rarely work in isolation. They are expected to facilitate teams of adults who will work collaboratively to meet the needs of students and families. This includes certificated and classified staff. This workshop will focus on skills and strategies for building effective teams, navigating conflict, and articulating shared expectations around to which we align our shared decision-making and actions. This workshop includes lunch.
