In this two-day training current and aspiring administrators and instructional coaches will learn helpful and practical tools for conducting learning focused conversations with teachers. Through guided practice participants will develop their expertise in facilitating goal setting, planning and reflecting meetings using observational and other classroom-based data.

A copy of the book Learning-focused Supervision will be provided as part of the training cost. 14 clock hours will be available at the end of the training. Lunch is on your own.
