Description
WA-AIM General Administration open to all: 9 am - 12 noon
The Washington Access to Instruction & Measurement (WA-AIM) is the state alternate assessment designed for student with significant cognitive disabilities. This session is intended for educators who will administer, or oversee administration, of the WA-AIM during the 18–19 school year. Participants will leave with an understanding of the WA-AIM, how to administer the WA-AIM, and how to document and submit student performance on the WA-AIM
WA-AIM Train the Trainer: 1 - 2:30 pm (Participants are required to attend the morning session. Limited to 1-2 organization representatives responsible for WA-AIM training)
This training will be an extension of the morning General Session for personnel responsible for delivering WA-AIM training within their local organization. The session will take participants through all available resources and modules publicly available, key purpose and talking points of the resources and modules, and training delivery options.
