This training, provided by the Center for Change in Transition Services (CCTS), is the second of a four part series designed to assist school districts in reviewing transition services, IEPs and outcomes for students with disabilities. Attendance at all four sessions is encouraged although single session registration is permitted. Please consider bringing your entire transition team, including a district administrator, to each session.

Throughout the series, districts will be guided through analyzing IEP data, Post-School Outcome data, student access to existing opportunities in their districts and communities, and available resources for post-school supports.

This second session will provide an opportunity to examine QuIST data from each district and discuss the relationship to Indicator 13 and post-school outcome data. Prior to this training, participants are asked to insert their district’s QuIST data, with guidance from CCTS.
