This cohort will provide candidates the opportunity to share their ideas and work as they complete the National Board Certification process.  Component 4 focuses on the Effective and Reflective Practitioner.  Candidates will gather information from a variety of sources about a group of students; use assessments to effectively plan for and positively impact student learning; and provide evidence of collaboration with families and caregivers, the community, and colleagues to advance students' learning and growth.
