Description

In this session, participants will explore definitions of educational equity and develop and internalize definitions of their own.  They will then deepen their understanding of the importance of educational equity in providing all students access to college and career-ready content.  They will consider the instructional shifts embedded in the Washington State Learning Standards for English Language Arts as keys to equity in their classrooms.
