Designed for teachers and counselors who are working through the National Board certification journey. These facilitation groups help participants make sense of the National Board Certification Components, and most will operate as a “writer's workshop” where participants will receive feedback on their writing and accompanying artifacts. Participants should read all pertaining standards the scoring guide and the assessment at a glance document prior to the first session.  These will be reviewed in the Foundations of National Board Certification course, typically offered at the start of each academic year.

You do not need to be connected to the school or district where the meetings will be held. Meetings are listed below from west to east geographically. Cost of registration ranges from $125 to $250 based on the number of meeting hours offered for the component.
