Bring a district team (3-5) and collaborate with colleagues to explore resources and learning around the process of instructional materials adoption.

• Registration is required for this 2-day event  -  space limited and registration closed when full

• There is no cost for attending the workshop. Travel will be the responsibility of the participant.

Professional Learning Outcomes

• understand best practices supporting the process of adoption of instructional materials, including preparing for the review and training the review team

• leverage the resources and tools within the Instructional Materials Toolkit to support the facilitation of the instructional materials adoption process

• develop knowledge and skills in the use of rubrics to vet instructional materials for alignment to the WA State Mathematics Learning Standards (CCSS)

• collaborate with district leadership in creating an instructional materials adoption plan that supports best practices and the needs of the district

• provide feedback and input on the continued refining of the Instructional Materials Toolkit
