Description

Burnout: the state of emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It can impact any one of us at any time in our lives. It can happen at a new job or somewhere we have worked for decades. During our time together we will discover what causes burnout, the many ways it can affect us, things we can do to prevent it, and how to manage burnout if we discover that we are experiencing it.
