Description

Using Gmail at work? Frustrated by all the little (and big) differences from your previous email system? Bring your questions to this session and learn some tips and tricks that can make your Gmail work for you.  This class is intended for people with some familiarity with Gmail, as well as those just starting out.  A few examples of what you’ll learn…
 

  • Set up distribution and sharing groups for parents or students using Google Contacts

  • Attachments, email formatting, and labels vs. folders

  • Gmail plug-ins and add-ons to make life easier

Event Notes

Users should be able to access their own Gmail account (school provided or personal) in order to fully participate in this course. The conference rooms can become chilly at times; participants are encouraged to wear layers to ensure comfort.
