Description
This workshop is designed to familiarize teachers with the basic computer science pedagogy and problem-solving skills/strategies needed to teach coding lessons from code.org courses 1-4 (grades K-5). Teachers will receive an overview of the curriculum format including both plugged(online) and unplugged lessons.

Please bring your own device to access code.org during this class. Laptops, chromebooks, and iPads are all suitable for this work. If you decide to create a code.org account before coming to class, be sure to open a free teacher account and not a student account.
