HR Staff, Teaching & Learning professionals, and District Administration are invited to participate in a workshop presented by Buzz Porter of Porter Foster Rorick LLP on the emerging bargaining & legal issues around TPEP.  Items for discussion include: unresolved legal issues, the implementation of creative bargaining language, and effective evaluation comments.  Mr. Porter will also share his personal 'pet peeves.'
