Back by Popular Demand. Train the Trainer (TOT) participants will learn guiding principles and key components to Differentiated Instruction. Training modules are broken into 1.5 hour segments to accommodate a variety of district training schedules (i.e., late start, early release days, etc.). Sessions will prepare instructors to present information effectively, respond to participant questions, and lead activities that reinforce learning. TOT participants will receive presentation materials, facilitator guides, and resources. TOT participants will learn how to tailor presentations to specific school/district need. There will be an emphasis on adult learning theory principles as well as modeling of a variety of differentiation strategies for application in the classroom. The TOT participants will engage in practice activities to prepare to deliver the training modules. LUNCH INCLUDED
