  • Skyward ACA 1095-B Form Processing Training and Lab Reminder

    Please bring the following to this training: - IRS E-Services User-name/Password to the AIR website. Note: These are different login credentials than the 1099 FIRE website. - If you do not have an E-Services account for the AIR website, please bring your personal tax returns Adjusted Gross income amount for any of the last 3 years. - District: ITIN Number -If you have Retirees who are on PEBB, please contact a PEBB representative to request your district's PEBB file prior to attending this training. Please call HCA at 1800-200-1004 (Toll Free) to request your district's file.

Description

This training will focus on the ACA 1095-B form processing for Small Employers. District who have less than 50 full time employee are considered Small Employers and are encouraged to attend. The training will provide an ACA checklist, and review software updates. Districts are strongly encouraged to have entered ACA codes for all their employees prior to attending class, otherwise an ACA lab will be held in the afternoon.
