Services and strategies constructed to meet outcomes on the IFSP are organized around a set of research-based concepts that focus on the family…their routines, activities and desires for their child. In this session we'll look at the Guiding Concepts of early intervention in Washington and how our service models address those concepts. In addition, we'll explore the transition process and ways we can assist families and children as they move from early intervention into the community.
