Principals and assistant principals from CEL districts who evaluate teachers for the first time under the new evaluation system. Those who evaluate teachers must have this professional development as indicated in ESSB 5895, after completing Stage 1 training.  

Stage 2 Update!

This year Stage 2 will be 4 days:  Oct 13th, Nov 17th, Jan 19th, and Mar 2nd.

• New Principals (with no Framework experience) will be expected to attend all 4 sessions.
• Principals who have previous Framework experience will be expected to attend 2 sessions (Oct 13th and one other session as designated by the instructor).

This Stage 2, CEL framework training is for principals and assistant principals.
