What is Equity and Measures?

The Equity and Measures Group is your partner to reduce disproportionality in student outcomes through thoughtful data analysis and intervention planning.  ­­

E & M Outcomes:

At the end of these workshops participants will:

• Satisfy WAC 392-190-048 – Requiring annual data review
• Focus on improving data quality
• Identify data patterns requiring intervention
• Gain awareness of local disproportionality/equity gaps
• Explore best practices for engaging in district or building level interventions

Who Should Attend:

It is recommended each district assembles an equity team made up of: principles, assistant principals, counselors, compliance officers, and/or deans. Bear in mind that our first focus will be around Discipline and eventually expanding to other performance indicators
