Join us as we explore the uses of one of the most dynamic course material types. Learn to create interactive discussions with threaded commenting. We will look at examples of ways that other OSD teachers are using online discussions effectively in their classrooms and try some of the multi-media tools embedded in Schoology discussions.

The  Schoology Essentials Series is designed for Schoology users who want to learn more about specific tools in Schoology.  Each session is offered as a stand-alone class, but the series is designed to build overall knowledge of the platform. Workshops are led by the instructional tech coaches.

Sessions are eligible for compensation through Tech PD or Self-Directed SD.  Clock hours will be offered under the blanket Tech PD course at the end of the school year. Please register in advance. Bring your fully charged laptop loaded with Chrome browser.
