Description

This training is designed for teachers in the Okanogan School District to get a general overview of the Danielson Framework for Teaching (FFT) in connection to the Washington State Criteria. Participants will collaborate with one another to get a deeper understanding of the four Danielson Domains and the Components that make up the Domains, read through the Framework for Teaching and make use of the language and descriptions that are specific and create collaboration between evaluator and evaluate for best impact growth in teaching. Participants will also look at the differences between the Four Levels of Performance (Unsatisfactory, Basic, Proficient and Distinguished) and what specific vocabulary, teaching practices, and evidence will be seen at each level. 6 clock hours will be available at the end of this training.
