MOSES LAKE:  The work done by special education professionals, i.e. teachers, OTs, PTs, SLPs, and psychologists, requires a level of complexity beyond that typically needed to work in education.  This includes working with a variety of professionals as well as family members to design and deliver specially designed instruction by a variety of professionals, with different levels of training and skills, in both general education and special education settings.  This workshop will focus on the skills necessary to lead and manage in this complex role, including but limited to supervision, feedback, and strategies for dealing with conflict.  Instructor is Greg Abell with Sound Options Group.
