Identity and Leadership of Self
· Describe how our identity shapes our own racial and cultural filters, stereotypes, biases & judgments
· Define implicit bias in the context of school experiences
· Describe how our own implicit bias impacts the experiences of students in our classroom
· Define a personal WHY for engaging in the work of leading with racial equity

Historical Foundations and Construction of Racism
· Define the three forms of racism: Individual, Institutional and Structural
· Describe how the historical construction of race impacts education as a system
· Analyze how our engagement in the system can either disrupt or perpetuate systemic racism and inequity

Whiteness and white privilege
· Describe white privilege
· Identify the ways white privilege impacts our interactions with colleagues and students
· Identify personal and collective next steps for disrupting white privilege and systemic racism in our school
