Description
Social Skills (1/2 day) - The "unspoken" rules governing social skills are quite challenging for individuals with ASD. Participants will learn about assessing and teaching social skills to increase successful social interactions for individuals with ASD.
Emotion Regulation (1/2 day) - Individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) often experience amplified emotional responses and poor emotional control. Learning strategies to regulate emotions can decrease the occurrence of challenging behaviors and anxiety.
