The WESPaC Personnel Budget Prep class covers the steps necessary to produce a personnel budget file and extract to be combined with the fiscal budget dollars. In Skyward, the personnel budget files are produced in the Salary Negotiations application, and include salary and benefit dollars along with unfilled position monies. Skyward Human Resources provides the ability to create and export the file to the WESPaC Fiscal application as well as the ability to create and export the Salary Exhibit for the OSPI F195 report file.
