The 2-day AWSP Leadership Framework Evaluation Training is required training for evaluators of principals and assistant principals. This training meets the legal mandate for evaluators whose position requires that they evaluate principals or assistant principals. New Superintendents, central office staff and current principals who have not taken this class should attend, or find an alternative class offered by an AWSP qualified trainer or another location, before the next evaluation cycle in their district. This course is offered at no cost.
