Leading adult learning requires a sophisticated set of facilitation skills and design.  Laura Lipton will spend two days with us and bring her expertise on “Facilitating Adult Learning.”

This workshop is highly interactive and experiential.  This training will be tailored to address the regional and state work of the content coordinators. 

Through Facilitating Adult Learning, we will:

• Apply effective principles and formats for designing Professional Learning

• Explore ways to develop your audience and orchestrate process skill and group member interactions

• Learn to navigate a continuum of interaction for flexibility when leading sessions

• Increase your confidence and credibility when facilitating Professional Learning

Lunch
Lunch is included in your registration fee. While best effort has been made to ensure there are food options to meet everyone’s needs, individuals with dietary restrictions may wish to bring supplemental food/snack items for the day. 

Materials
Materials are included in your registration fee.  You will receive two books: "Leading Groups" and "Groups at Work"

Clock Hours
There will be 11 clock hours available for $33 - payable online through pdEnroller after attendance has been recorded (up to 2 weeks).
