Using fidelity and outcome data-based decision making to improve the quality of our schools. Learn to use current data to identify problems with precision, establish goals and develop solutions, and implement and evaluate solutions at a district, building and classroom levels.

We will: 

Participants will learn to utilize data drill down protocols to:

• Identify current status and problems with precision

• Establish goal(s)

• Develop solution(s)

• Implement solution(s) with integrity

• Monitor outcomes & compare to goal(s)

• Reassess and revise solution(s) as needed

• Make connections between data collection, TPEP Evaluation and ESSA's Consolidated Plan

Who should attend:

School district teams and individuals with approved access to classroom or building specific data. Teams could include combinations of administrators, counselors, teachers, data personnel, subject matter experts, and support staff. Tiered teams can include early learning professionals from both district and non-district programs, as well as K-12 staff.
