Once a month, on the 4th Wednesday of each month during late start mornings, the La Center middle school staff will come together to discuss students of concern or students who are struggling.  This is a voluntary team, yet many staff attend regularly.  Students are identified by grade-level teams or individual teachers, who are then forwarded onto this SIT (student intervention team) for collaborative problem solving.
