This session is intended to continue through the remaining steps in the WSIPC Guide to Human Resources Budgeting.  We will cover add, update and review Unfilled Positions/Assignments, Audit Budget Plans, add and modify Benefits on Assignments, Generate Plan Detail, Combine Budget Plans, Create and Export Personnel Budget and create OSPI Extract File for Objects 2 and 3.
