Description
This training, provided by the Center for Change in Transition Services (CCTS), is the first of a four part series designed to assist school districts in reviewing transition services, IEPs and outcomes for students with disabilities. Attendance at all four sessions is encouraged although single session registration is permitted. Please consider bringing your entire transition team, including a district administrator, to each session.
Throughout the series, districts will be guided through analyzing IEP data, Post-School Outcome data, student access to existing opportunities in their districts and communities, and available resources for post-school supports.
This first session will provide introduction and implementation of the Indicator 13 Transition Self Study Tool. Participants are asked to bring 5 IEPs in order to get hands on experience inputting, reviewing and reporting the data.
Presenter Kris Hirschmann will join by Zoom for this workshop. Lunch will be provided at noon, with a start time of 12:30 pm.
