Description

Purpose:  To ensure that students with disabilities receive the services and supports necessary to pursue their post-school expectations in education, training, employment, and independent living.

*All training participants must have access to a computer and the presentation PowerPoint. A Link to PowerPoint will be sent to participants prior to to the class.

Please bring your own laptop to class.

Please bring your sample IEP: For the purpose of applying knowledge and practicing self-review, please ensure participants bring a digital or hard-copy transition IEP.
