PSESD would to invite educators who are ready to lead conversations on Racial Equity to this three-day training which will strengthen your readiness to facilitate dialogue on developing an anti-racist identity, identify implicit and explicit bias in education, and interrupt microaggressions. You will leave with curriculum to use in your own district settings. We look forward to having you join us!
Event Notes
This is not a foundational training. Participants should have strong foundational knowledge of institutional racism, construction of whiteness, white fragility and white privilege and basic facilitation techniques.
