Staff will participate in professional development led by the Principal for one hour each Wednesday. Our area of focus are: Fostering Resilient Learners Books Study. These clockhours are for chapters 9-16, the remainder of the book which has been under study since September 2018.  Staff will engage in homework on most weeks for a flipped classroom experience. During PD sessions, staff will work with other staff on team activities. The principal will share information on slides from the chapter before groups respond to prompts and engage in group work at each session. Staff have a case study student of focus they have been following throughout the school year.
