Description
How does an intervention team determine if English learners (ELs) have special education needs? What are the best interventions to use with ELs? How can we distinguish between a disability and English language development difficulties? This book can help school intervention, referral, and IEP teams learn how to assess the specific nature of an EL student’s learning challenges, create a continuum of appropriate interventions and measure the student's response to those interventions.
