This two-day introductory training is for anyone who is in a position to have learning-centered conversations with teachers or administrators (e.g., administrators who supervise teachers or administrators, instructional coaches). This workshop focuses on using the Learning Focused Supervision Continuum developed by Laura Lipton and Bruce Wellman to have conversations that result in growth. As a result of attending, participants will be able to better structure learning conversations around the four stances of the continuum (calibrating, consulting, collaborating and coaching).
