This two-day training will be led by a trained Center for Health and Safety Culture team member. The Positive Culture Framework (PCF) training teaches participants about a framework grounded in the latest science, while taking a cultural approach to improving norms related to health and safety. Attendees will learn about the three components of the Framework: leadership, communication, and the integration of evidence-based strategies for a comprehensive approach to prevention in their communities. Participants will leave the training with specific next steps for implementing a Positive Culture Framework process in their community.
