OSPI is pleased to offer the online WaKIDS training course designed for administrators. Principals, early learning coordinators and district office administrators can take this self-paced, 3-hour online course which provides information for the three components of WaKIDS:

1. Family connection welcomes families into the Washington K-12 system as partners in their child’s education.
2. Whole-child assessment helps kindergarten teachers learn about the skills and strengths of the children in their classrooms so they can meet the needs of each child.
3. Early learning collaboration aligns practices of early learning professionals and kindergarten teachers to support smooth transitions for children.

2. You will see your course name and the self-enrollment option.  Press continue.
3. You will be taken to the OSPI Moodle landing page.  
   1. If you have an existing OSPI Moodle account, enter in your username and password.
   2. If you are new to OSPI’s Moodle, select Create new account. Follow the instructions to create a new account. A confirmation email will be sent to your email. Please confirm your email.
4. Enter in the enrollment key WaKIDSAdmin2020 . This key is case sensitive.
