How do you help your students 'see what they can be?' K12 Educators will be introduced to ESD112 staff and free programs and technical assistance that can support the integration of career readiness and STEM identity development beginning as early as Kindergarten. Each session will introduce the Career Connected Learning Continuum and focus on a particular program area. In this session, our team will dive into the best ways to engage students in career exploration in middle school - touching on project-based learning, 21st Century Skills, and engaging with businesses in ways that are authentic to all learning settings. We'll explore possible rural models of CTE and share how ESD112 can support you in establishing or growing your career exploration initiatives.
