PROJECT ENGAGE: Procedural Justice and Trauma-Informed Conversations for Educators is an interactive program, teaching evidence-based strategies that can be implemented immediately to help professionals de-escalate people and situations in a way that increases trust and legitimacy. This is a training for members from all levels of your organization and is intended to foster a culture of respect that supports resilience.
