In this training, participants will cover the basics of guiding behaviors in the early learning classroom. We will discuss setting up the environment for success, setting developmentally appropriate expectations, de-escalation techniques for those difficult moments, and engaging in the kinds of nurturing interactions that help children build social-emotional and self-regulation skills.
