Description
Early childhood educators recognize, at varying levels, the importance of self-care in providing a nurturing and effective education for our youngest learners. Lack of adult self-care not only impacts the individual, but all those within their sphere of influence. This workshop sets out to show that self-care is more than simply a "nice to have" component in busy teaching lives, and offers an opportunity for participants to reflect on their current self-care habits to find areas of strength as well as areas for possible growth.
Our "Self-Care: The Importance of Caregiving for Caregivers" class scheduled for 3/25/2020 from 6:30-8:30 pm will now be provided via Zoom.
In following social distancing, social gathering, and school closure requirements, we are excited to announce we will still provide you with "Self-Care: The Importance of Caregiving for Caregivers" through a virtual experience. We are committed to making this virtual experience engaging and interactive. Keep this date reserved on your calendars and we will send you a Zoom link prior to the event.
Thank you in advance for your flexibility and understanding. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
