Tricks and solutions for increasing parent awareness, communication and volunteerism using technology. Provide a place for parents to locate resources to aid their students at home using web 3.0 solutions, increasing your impact beyond the classroom walls. Schedule conferences without ever having to make a phone call; provide access to assignments and classroom instruction decreasing the impact of student absences.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own device, for those without a device, Chromebooks  will be available during the workshop.   This course is suitable for classroom teachers, reading or math specialists, ELL instructors and special education services.  

The conference room can be cold at times, it is recommended that participants wear layers to ensure comfort.
