Description
Understanding of number and operations is essential learning for the elementary grades. This session will uncover the progression of learning in grades K-5. Participants will explore 3-act Tasks as a powerful structure for instruction and assessment in the elementary grades. An abundance of free resources to support conceptual learning, math reasoning and talk, and mathematical modeling will be shared.
