This training will focus on adult/child interactions. Programs  looking for support in using positive reinforcement and/or redirection with young children. Training will give overview of research based information concerning interactions with young children with opportunities for participants to discuss situations, practice interactions & make appropriate responses. We will also discuss stressful situations & approaches toward mindfulness that can help adults maintain professional demeanor.
