This training will focus on helping young children develop problem solving skills. By learning how to break a problem down: asking why & how questions; making predictions & experimentation; using tools of classification & comparison; then, finally evaluating or summarizing these steps, a child can work on being able to problem solve without help from a teacher/adult/caregiver. the session will take participats through each step in the rubric, 1) managing feelings, 2) figuring out the problem, 3) planning & reviewing a solution.
